You’ll combine user support with infrastructure administration and project work across a mixed Windows and Linux environment. The environment spans desktops, servers, mobile devices, storage, clustered computing and communications platforms.

The Role

• Troubleshoot complex issues across PCs, servers, mobile devices and communications infrastructure.
• Administer hardware, software and infrastructure-level systems across Windows and UNIX/Linux environments.
• Support users by phone, remotely and in person, including in a time-sensitive professional environment.
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements that make support and administration more efficient.
• Use independent research, prior experience and careful analysis to resolve unfamiliar technical problems.

What We're Looking For

• Practical familiarity with systems administration, including hardware and software management and end-user support.
