Job summary

Intellias is seeking a Systems Administrator to join the IT organization of a large U.S. transportation and relocation services company. This hands-on role blends Microsoft endpoint management, systems administration, and endpoint security.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Intune, PowerShell, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft security tools, with growth toward a Senior Systems Administrator role, supporting Windows and mobile endpoints across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in systems, endpoint, or Microsoft infrastructure administration.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Strong experience administering Intune for Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
• Experience with Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, apps deployment, and security baselines.
• Strong PowerShell skills for administration and automation.
• Hands-on administration of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint security technologies, including Defender, BitLocker, Windows Firewall, security baselines.
• Experience troubleshooting endpoint, identity, policy, and access issues.
• Understanding of endpoint vulnerability management and security remediation.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

What project we have for you

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join the IT organization of a large U.S. transportation and relocation services company. This is a hands-on role combining Microsoft endpoint management, systems administration, and endpoint security.

The ideal candidate has strong practical experience with Microsoft Intune, PowerShell, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft security technologies and is ready to grow toward a Senior Systems Administrator role.

The IT environment is centered around the Microsoft ecosystem, supporting corporate users and endpoints across multiple business locations.

The role is responsible for administration and security of Windows and mobile endpoints, Microsoft 365 and identity services, while also supporting vulnerability remediation and day-to-day infrastructure operations. This is not a pure helpdesk role. The engineer is expected to independently administer core endpoint and identity technologies and gradually expand ownership across the broader IT infrastructure.

What you will do

• Experience addressing findings from vulnerability scans, security assessments, or penetration tests.
• Experience with application packaging and deployment through Intune.
• Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, or AZ-104.
