Job summary

Constellation Technologies seeks qualified IT professionals for the Aurora/ Fort Meade area with active TS/SCI clearance. The role supports IT systems, networks, and security, requiring UNIX/Windows expertise and strong problem solving.

• TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Two (02) years within the last five (05) years must be directly related to the job you are applying for.
• Level 03 requires a minimum fifteen (15) years of direct/relevant experience.
• Five (05) years of additional Systems Administration experience on projects with similar processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Supports installation and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Provides day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices.
• Provides Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Supports escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
• Assists with dispatch system and hardware problem resolution.
• Configures and manages UNIX and Windows OS; installs and loads OS software; troubleshoots and improves reliability.
• Supports installation and maintenance of Cisco routers and switches in support of enterprise systems.

Aurora, CO / Fort Meade, MD Software Development – DEV04 - Tech SIGINT / Systems Administrators / On-site

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

Required:

• * Must be a US Citizen
• * Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
• * This position is open to multiple levels of years of experience; two (02) years within the last five (05) years must be directly related to the job you are applying for:
• * Level 03 requires a minimum fifteen (15) years of direct/relevant experience
• * Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• * Five (05) years of additional Systems Administration experience on projects with similar processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• * Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.
• * Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
• * Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
• * Provides Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
• * Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
• * Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problem and remains involved in the resolution process.
• * Configures and manages UN1X and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
• * Support installation and maintenance of Cisco routers and switches in support of enterprise systems for the program

• * AWS, Linux $175,000 - $200,000 a year The pay range for this job, with multi-levels, is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
