Job summary

Constellation Technologies, Inc. seeks qualified software professionals for U.S. government contracts in Maryland. Candidates must hold TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph and be a U.S.

citizen. Experience ranges across levels (01–04) with specified minimum years in software engineering, and a background in C/C++ and Python is expected. Benefits cover healthcare, life and disability insurance, and ongoing training. Roles are on-site at multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph.
• Must be a US citizen.
• This position allows multiple levels of experience; two of the last five years must be software-engineering related.
• Level 04 requires at least 15 years of experience.
• Level 03 requires at least 12 years of experience.
• Level 02 requires at least 9 years of experience.
• Level 01 requires at least 6 years of experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience programming in C/C++ or similar languages and Python.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

Required:

• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
• Must be a US Citizen
• This position is open to multiple levels of years of experience; two (02) years within the last five (05) years must be directly related to Software Engineering:
• Level 04 requires a minimum fifteen (15) years of experience
• Level 03 requires a minimum twelve (12) years of experience
• Level 02 requires a minimum nine (09) years of experience
• Level 01 requires a minimum six (06) years of experience
• Minimum of High School Diploma
• Experience programming in C/C++ or similar and Python

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• React
• Experience with relational, noSQL, and file-based storage products
• Experience with Java Security and Cryptology (PKI Certificates)
• Understanding of Amazon Web Services
• Experience with software configuration management processes and tools
• Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) processes, policies and guidance
• Experience with Software Testing (e.g. Junit, Automated Test Tools)
