Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of systems administration experience, with at least two years supporting classified DoD or IC networks (GenSer or SCI).
  • Associates degree in computer science, cyber security, information technology, or related discipline, equivalent experience/certifications acceptable.
  • DoD 8570/8140 Baseline Certification: Active IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, GSEC, SSCP, or CCNA-Security).
  • Must hold, or obtain within 6 months of hire, an OS-specific credential (e.g., RHCSA, MS Certified Windows Server Admin).

Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $100,050.00/Yr. - USD $166,750.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Description
  • Supporting General Service (GenSer / Secret / Collateral) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) networks
  • Managing, securing, and maintaining critical IT infrastructure supporting government Research and Development (R&D) initiatives
  • Supportingspecialized, non-standard engineering software, rapid prototyping, and highly restricted air-gapped or closed-loop networks

Requirements
  • Minimum of fiveyears of systems administration experience, with at least twoyears supporting classified DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) networks (GenSer or SCI)
  • Associates degree in computer science, cyber security, information technology, or related discipline, equivalent experience/certifications is acceptable
  • DoD 8570/8140 Baseline Certification: Active IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE, GSEC, SSCP, or CCNA-Security)
  • Must hold, or obtain within 6 months of hire, an OS-specific credential (e.g., Red Hat Certified System Administrator [RHCSA], Microsoft Certified Windows Server Administrator, or equivalent)
Desired Skills
  • Active IAT Level III certification (e.g., CISSP, CASP+, or CISA)
  • Robust scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Ansible to automate deployments, STIG remediation, and routine health
  • Experience running containerized workloads (Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes) in R&Dsandbox environments
  • Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and NIST SP 800-53
  • Experience managing high-performance computing (HPC) clusters or GPU workstation
Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL
