Qualificações

• Requires Associate’s Degree.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manages and maintains Hyper-V, AD domains, DNS, DHCP, file/print, databases and application servers.
• Performs system backups, disaster recovery testing, and software updates rollout.
• Performs cybersecurity operations and monitors security events; responds to incidents.
• Administers Entra ID, Intune, M365, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Maintains client workstations; provides Tier 2 Help Desk support.
• Manages WAN/LAN/wireless; configures network devices, firewalls, switches, access points; ensures security.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
