• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file/print, database, and application servers.
• Performs system backups, disaster recovery testing, and software updates rollout to production.
• Conducts cybersecurity monitoring and incident response activities.
• Executes administrative tasks in Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Maintains client workstations, OS/software updates, and provides Tier 2 Help Desk support.
• Manages WAN/LAN/Wireless, configures network devices, firewalls, switches, and remote services.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the department.
