Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator II to evaluate system specifications, configure and maintain Windows environments, and ensure stable workstation performance for federal contracts. The role includes Tier 2 helpdesk support, PC imaging, and hardware deployment on site in a security-conscious setting.

Qualifications include an Associate or higher in IT, 5 years of related experience, proficiency with Windows Server, CAD/CAM, and Office apps, plus the ability to obtain a government

Qualifications

• Associates or higher degree in Computer/Information Technology or equivalent training.
• Five years related experience or combination in computer systems basics.
• Broad knowledge of computer science, graphics, and information systems.
• Experience with Windows Server environments, CAD/CAM, databases, MS Office, and Web-enabled apps.
• Must obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates system specifications, configures system, establishes standards, and maintains Windows OS for stable performance.
• Performs Tier 2 helpdesk tasks including in-person and phone troubleshooting.
• Performs PC imaging and maintenance per procedures.
• Troubleshoot hardware including workstation performance, network connectivity, and peripherals.
• Manipulates Active Directory objects (unlocks, modifications, email changes).
• Installs and replaces end-user hardware on location.
