Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree is preferred; substitution allowed for experience.
• Experience supporting customers in use of application software.
• Customer service orientation and/or customer service training.
• Two years' experience in at least one DFPS program area preferred.
• Access or SQL experience; CS or MIS coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs troubleshooting of systems hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Diagnose and resolve issues; restore system functionality for end users.
• Provide technical support for desktops, printers, applications, and network connectivity.
