Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise-wide multi-platform solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, M365, and hardware interoperability.
• AZ104, CompTIA A+, or other IT certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers computer, network, and phone infrastructure.
• Monitors and responds to tickets from the Zendesk ticketing system.
• Develops automation scripts to help with system operations.
