Job summary

TulsaConnect, a Cross Company, seeks a Systems Administrator II to provide tier-2 support and systems administration for clients in Tulsa. The role covers remote and on-site troubleshooting, server and network provisioning, and Data Center operations to ensure high availability.

The ideal candidate will have strong Hyper-V and Windows Server skills, Office 365, and Azure knowledge, with a focus on proactive monitoring and superior customer service.

Qualifications

• Advanced virtualization experience with Hyper-V (preferred).
• Strong Windows Server/AD knowledge and Remote Desktop Services.
• Advanced Office 365 experience.
• Experience designing/troubleshooting production networks.
• Firewall/VPN/NAT/ACLs understanding.
• Microsoft on-premise and Azure knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to convey TulsaConnect's vision and strategy.
• Commitment to high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tier-2 issues via phone and emails.
• Provision and deploy physical and virtual server and network environments.
• Troubleshoot remotely and onsite at client sites.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ticketing records.
• Support Data Center operations including equipment installs and cabling.
• Travel to client sites as needed for on-site work.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Escorted access to Data Center facilities for Co-location customers.
