Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator II to manage and support IT infrastructure, including servers and networks. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and nine years of relevant experience, with the ability to obtain a Secret-level clearance (IAT II).

SUMMARY

The Systems Administrator II is responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting the client's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other critical systems. Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. serves as a holding company with multiple subsidiaries engaged in several lines of business (Business Services, Health, Infrastructure and Engineering, Mission Optimization, Technology and Transportation) for the federal government and commercial enterprises. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

The ability to obtain, maintain and access classified information at the Secret level. Must possess appropriate level of certifications for this position as required by the contract - IAT Level II

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installs, configures, and maintains computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoots and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitors system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system resources.
• Implements and maintains security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and user access controls.
• Develops and maintains system documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaborates with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.
• Assists in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of nine (9) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
