Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. (CNI) is seeking an Operations Specialist IV to support administration, planning, and management of operations activities for assigned programs.

The role focuses on improving operational management systems and best practices to ensure organizational well-being. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience and the ability to analyze short-, mid-, and long-range plans, deliver timely briefs, and develop solutions to keep operations

• Prepares and delivers briefs based on stakeholder discussions to the PM and DPM.
• Reviews issues and provides recommendations to enhance leadership performance.
• Develops, revises, and ensures implementation of policies and directives.
• Prepares comprehensive reports and presentations outlining status across org lines.

SUMMARY

The Operations Specialist IV will provide support in administration, planning, and managing operations activities. This position will assist with improving operational management systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Takes ownership of daily operations processes and routine products to ensure precise and consistent flow of operations for organization leaders.

Conducts thorough analysis of short-term, mid-term, and long-range planning on projects and tasks to anticipate potential complications and rapidly develop innovative solutions.

Prepares and delivers timely briefs based on stakeholder discussions and feedback to the PM and DPM.

Reviews and analyzes issues, providing recommendations and suggestions for improvements to enhance performance for leadership.

Develops, revises, recommends, and ensures implementation of policies, plans, procedures, and directives.

Prepares comprehensive reports and presentations outlining the current status across organizational and functional lines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of eight to ten (8-10) years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

The estimated pay range for this role is $107k to $126k with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
