The Office of Research is seeking a System Administrator II to support institutional research reporting, analytics, and data management initiatives. This position serves a key role in the preparation and validation of the NSF Higher Education Research Development (HERD) Survey and the development of reporting solutions that support research administration and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will work with research and financial data, develop dashboards and reports using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, support data quality and governance efforts, and collaborate with stakeholders across the university. Experience with business intelligence tools, analytics, and research administration processes is highly desirable.
$75,000 – $90,000
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
Related Degree Fields: Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Research Administration, Public Administration, MIS, Statistics, or related fields.
Related Experience: Enterprise reporting, business intelligence, data analytics, institutional reporting, research administration, sponsored programs, financial reporting, data management, dashboard development, data governance, reconciliation, and support of university or research systems.
Higher education or research reporting experience preferred.
