MANAGER-DATA COLLECTION & ANALYSIS

Responsible for the collection and analysis of data on a departmental-wide basis, where multiple or large research projects are being conducted by their principles. Plans, schedules, tracks and reports on all current projects. Establishes work goals and reviews goals with employees. Oversees the data collection and analysis at the project level. Develops and maintains database(s) and project documentation. Coordinates the efficient and timely reports to upper management. Ensures proper operation of assigned equipment, systems and applications. Manages customer support functions for designated customer base. Tracks customer problems and system failure rates. Assists in the education and training of subordinate employees. Participate in training users on new software programs. Responsible for human resource management of the assigned staff. Duties include: interviewing and hiring pre-screened applicants; monitoring performance and providing feedback; and making disciplinary and termination recommendations to department personnel officer.
$55,180 – $89,670
Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
