Job summary

Sensata Technologies is seeking a Systems Administrator in Vermont to manage on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services. You will implement security controls, manage backups, and support end-user systems and training.

The role requires 4–6 years of IT experience, strong collaboration, and the ability to work across IT operations to ensure system reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange.
• Strong communication, customer orientation, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement hardware and software across servers, desktops, and network devices.
• Manage backups, patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation.
• Administer IAM: Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO.
• Provide onboarding and user training on systems and tools.
