Job summary

Hudson River Community Credit Union is seeking a System Administrator I to join our IT team in Corinth, NY. You will manage servers, workstations, and network devices while supporting Microsoft 365, AD, cybersecurity, and member-facing tech such as ITMs and cash recyclers.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with server administration, Exchange Online, and user provisioning while contributing to technology upgrades and security practices that enhance the member experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years IT support experience focused on Windows, networking, and system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration — user management, licensing, Exchange Online.
• Familiarity with backup/patching cycles, scripting basics, and routine maintenance.
• Interest in member service or financial technology platforms such as ITMs or cash recyclers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer servers, workstations, and network devices under IT Director.
• Support Microsoft 365 environment incl Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID.
