Job summary

Hopscotch Primary Care is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our IT team in Chicago, IL. You will ensure core IT platforms are reliable, well-operated, and scalable as the organization grows, tackling projects end-to-end and driving operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT/Helpdesk/system administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or technical discipline (degree not strictly required).
• Experience troubleshooting a wide variety of systems and networks.

Responsibilities

• Own and support the full lifecycle of core IT systems across corporate and clinic environments.
• Lifecycle management of all hardware and software.
• IAM administration and support across systems.
• Cloud platform and SaaS administration, including licensing and access governance.
• Ensure security, compliance, and operational standards are met.
• Monitor and improve service quality across IT systems and networks.
• Propose and implement improvements to support workflows based on measured impact.
