Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. in Attica, IN is seeking a System Administrator for first shift to support manufacturing operations. This direct-hire role emphasizes IT infrastructure, network security, and user assistance across a manufacturing setting.

You will install, configure, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software, administer local and wide networks, monitor performance, and collaborate with the IT team on improvements. Salary range $65,000–$80,000+ with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of related work experience and/or training.
• Experience supporting networks, servers, computer systems, and end users.
• Knowledge of network security, virtualization, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visual Studio, and Microsoft SQL.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
• Administer and support local and wide area networks, wireless networks, and server environments, including virtualization.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot outages, and resolve network and desktop issues.
• Support workstations, access points, cameras, and mobile devices.
• Respond to help desk requests and assist with equipment moves, additions, and changes.
• Maintain network security and enterprise security controls within a Zero Trust framework.
• Keep accurate documentation of network configurations, equipment inventory, repairs, and service records.
• Work with the IT Director and IT team on infrastructure improvements and technology initiatives.
