Job summary

Club Car Wash is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage and secure company-wide IT systems, including Windows servers, Exchange/SharePoint/Teams, and endpoint management. Primary duties include scripting, security, and on-call support in a fast-growing company with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Administration proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for Office 365 automation and management.
• Knowledge of security best practices and data protection regulations relevant to Office 360.
• Experienced with Microsoft Endpoint/Intune management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer company wide systems, including servers, desktops, applications, printers, networks, VOIP phone systems, and all other information technology-related equipment.
• Perform systems security administration functions, including creating and auditing profiles and accounts.
• Monitor and manage system resources, including CPU usage, disk usage, and response times to maintain operating efficiency.
• Write or modify basic scripts to resolve performance problems and automate systems administration tasks.
• Windows Administration: Develop and manage strategies for servers and workstations, including provisioning, configuration, maintenance (patching), securing, and troubleshooting.
• O365 Administration: Manage and strategize for Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Security, Compliance, and Endpoint Manager.
• Ensure the security of our IT systems, deploy web application software updates, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and aid in isolating faults with custom software.
• Provide support for the IT help desk team.
• Maintain system documentation and logs.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as assigned.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
