Job summary

OmegaCor Technologies is seeking a mid-to-senior System Administrator to support a secure, hybrid Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environment within a federal agency. The role emphasizes identity and access management, endpoint and policy management, and day-to-day server operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in system administration, U.S. citizenship, and experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server AD, and virtualization. A public trust clearance is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of system administration experience in mid-to-large enterprise or government environments.
• U.S. Citizenship required by government agency.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server AD, and virtualization platforms.
• Preferred Certifications: Azure Administrator, M365 Enterprise Admin Expert, VMware VCP.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and related software.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), licensing, and security configuration.
• Support Teams Voice, including call plan configuration and Teams Phone System management.
• Manage user identities and group policies via Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Support file/print services, DHCP/DNS, and GPO/Intune.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance, app deployment, and endpoint protection.
• Perform server and workstation maintenance, patching, performance tuning, and hardware upgrades.
• Utilize ticketing systems for incident, change, and service requests; follow change management procedures.
