ODME SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator/Engineer experienced in Windows Server and Red Hat Linux environments to optimize critical infrastructure. You’ll manage AD, Exchange, HBSS, ACAS, SharePoint, and SAN, and support security, patching, and SIEM activities.

Responsibilities include scripting with PowerShell, SCCM/WSUS patching, and cross‑platform IT operations. A SECRET clearance and DoD 8570.1M IAT‑II certification are preferred. On‑site in the PA area.

Formación

• Proven experience administering Windows Server (2019/2022) and Red Hat Linux Enterprise environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, MS Exchange, HBSS/ACAS for vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with STIGs, RMF, SIEM, and incident response concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Windows Server (2019/2022) and Red Hat Linux Enterprise environments for performance, reliability, and security.
• Manage AD, Exchange, DNS/DHCP/WINS/DFS/ADFS/PKI, group policies, and domain controllers.
• Oversee Exchange Server setup, configuration, mailboxes, and security policies.
• Configure IIS and SQL databases to support Windows Server features.
• Implement HBSS/ACAS, apply STIGs, and monitor security events and logs.
• Manage SAN storage, NFS/CIFS, backups, and recovery.
• Configure SharePoint and O365 for IT projects and incident tracking.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate deployments and maintenance.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and documentation.

What You’ll Do

Windows & Linux Administration:

• Administer and maintain Windows Server (2019/2022) and Red Hat Linux Enterprise environments, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
• Manage Windows services (DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS, ADFS, PKI, GPOs) and Active Directory (AD), including user accounts, group policies, and domain controllers.
• Oversee Microsoft Exchange Server environments, including setup, configuration, and maintenance of mailboxes and security policies.
• Deploy and manage IIS and SQL databases to support Windows Server features.
  

Security & Compliance

• Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Host-Based Security System (HBSS) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) for vulnerability scanning and compliance.
• Apply Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and ensure adherence to risk management processes.
• Manage system logs for security and event management (SIEM).
  

Infrastructure & Operations

• Manage and maintain Storage Area Networks (SAN), including NFS and CIFS protocols, ensuring data availability, backup, and recovery.
• Configure and manage SharePoint and O365 systems for IT project management and incident tracking.
• Perform system monitoring, patch management (SCCM/WSUS), and configuration management to ensure system integrity.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell to improve and automate the deployment of environments.
  

Support & Collaboration

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex system problems across both Windows and Linux platforms.
• Maintain accurate documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Analyze and communicate complex technical challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with other IT teams (network, security, applications) to ensure seamless service delivery.?
  

Requirements

Required Experience

• ??Proven experience managing Windows Server (2019/2022), Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange.
• ?Demonstrated knowledge of the DISA Risk Management Framework and the US Navy RMF Process Guide.
• Experience with security tools such as HBSS and ACAS for vulnerability scanning and remediation.
  

Required Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of experience in an IT-related field.
• Must be DoD 8570.1M IAT-II certified (e.g., CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP).?
