Job summary

Continental Services in Sterling Heights is seeking a Systems Administrator to support the reliable operation of our business systems, maintain master data, assets, routes, and reference data, and ensure data accuracy across platforms.

You will collaborate with Operations, Merchandising, Finance, Accounting, IT, and systems leadership to implement changes, resolve user issues, and support system upgrades and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Two or more years in system administration or related field.
• Experience with ERP, POS, routing, CRM or similar systems.
• Excel skills: filtering, lookups, sorting, data validation.
• Strong written communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer and delivery location records and data quality.
• Create and maintain assets, machines, markets, routes, and mappings.
• Manage planograms, store configurations, and reference data.
• Process installations, removals, and changes in systems.
• Produce reports and administrative files, as assigned.
• Investigate data/system issues and document findings.
• Support system upgrades, integrations, and acquisitions.
