Job summary
Momentum Engineering, Inc. seeks a System Administrator to support the implementation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise IT systems and infrastructure.
The role covers client/server, storage, network, and OS environments with DevOps and cloud automation using Ansible, AWS, and Terraform. The candidate will provide day-to-day administration, monitoring, problem resolution, and escalation support, collaborating with mission teams and management to ensure reliability,
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph is required.
- Experience administering and supporting enterprise IT systems.
- Experience with Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems.
- Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalation.
Responsibilities
- Implement, administer, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems and supporting infrastructure.
- Monitor and support client/server systems, storage, network devices, mobile devices, and related technologies.
- Provide Tier 1 Help Desk and Tier 2 escalation support, including problem identification and resolution.
- Develop and maintain automated configuration/deployment with Ansible; support AWS and Terraform infrastructure.
