Job summary

Captivation is seeking a mid-level systems administrator with strong Linux experience in Maryland. The role focuses on managing IT infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring security and high availability to support national defense-related missions.

The candidate must hold TS/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph and meet heavy experience requirements, including 10 years as a SA and a technical bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

• Ensure system security through firewalls, antivirus tools, and access controls.

Requirements

Security Clearance:

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ten (10) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
