Auria is in search of a Systems Administrator (remote) with a Secret security clearance!

In this role, the candidate will support SPADOC, the Space Defense Operations Center (SPADOC), which is used to provide 24/7 support to the space sensor network (SSN), maintain the space catalog, and manage USSTRATCOM's SDA sharing program with U.S., foreign, and commercial entities.

Salary range: $115,000 - $135,000

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, operate, and maintain Linux and Windows-based applications (Linux is more important)
• Monitor Kubernetes nodes and pods
• Oversee data flow within mission systems
• Deploy mission software updates into Kubernetes clusters
• Troubleshoot and resolve anomalies
• Monitor and administer databases
• Escalate issues to lead engineers and collaborate on resolutions
• Maintain daily activity logs for operational continuity
• Provide on-call support, including outside standard hours

Requirements:

• Active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's Degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience; or Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of experience; or 10 years of relevant experience without a degree
• 6 years' experience with Linux and Windows operating systems

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize during anomalies
• Experience with Kubernetes, Postgres, SQL, and collaboration tools
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals
• DoD 8570 compliant, Security+ certification
