Systems Administrator (Project Management)

Join our team from anywhere in the lower 48 states — this is a fully remote role!

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

1. Hardware and Software Support: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance. Build and maintain PMS (Property Management System) Shells. Help reconcile accounts in payment processing systems.
2. Onboarding and Offboarding: Set up new users with appropriate system access, order computer equipment when necessary, and collect equipment during offboarding.
3. Network Administration: Manage and maintain network systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Ensure network security and connectivity.
4. User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, assist with hardware and software issues, and train employees on system and software use. Maintain passwords across multiple platforms.
5. System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks and updates to ensure systems run efficiently and securely.
6. Data Security: Implement and monitor security protocols, ensure data backup and recovery plans, and respond to security breaches.
7. Documentation: Keep accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and procedures. Document issues and solutions for future reference.
8. Policy Development: Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to improve system efficiency and security.
9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with latest technology trends, recommend and implement infrastructure improvements, and assist with maintenance of proprietary databases and internal tools.
