Job summary

Middle East Broadcasting Networks in Arlington, VA, seeks a Systems Administrator to provide IT support and manage our Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premises infrastructure. You will help ensure secure, reliable systems and assist users across desktops, servers, and cloud services.

Responsibilities include Azure migrations, AD/Entra identity, SharePoint maintenance, and disaster recovery planning, with emphasis on security tooling and policy enforcement.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, Windows systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of cloud services, virtualization, backup, cybersecurity tools, and endpoint management.
• PowerShell or scripting experience preferred.
• Arabic language skills desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for desktops, servers, cloud services and security tools.

Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator is responsible for providing IT support and systems administration for MBN’s technology environment, including user support, desktops, laptops, servers, cloud services, applications, security tools, and related systems. This position helps ensure that MBN’s IT systems are secure, reliable, and properly maintained.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of four years of relevant IT support, systems administration, or technology operations experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, Windows systems, and enterprise IT environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues.
• Knowledge of cloud services, virtualization, backup systems, cybersecurity tools, and endpoint management.
• PowerShell, scripting, or automation experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to urgent support needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends when required.
• Relevant technical certifications are desirable.
• Arabic language skills and cultural knowledge are desirable but not required.
