Responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor, and support enterprise systems and infrastructure
• Maintain system performance, availability, security, and operational stability
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide advanced system support
• Assist with upgrades, maintenance, and environment improvements
• Support compliance, documentation, and technical best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable IT service delivery

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong experience in systems administration within enterprise environments
• Ability to manage and support secure, stable, and high-availability systems
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support skills
• Able to pass required background and security checks

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, system security, and operational support
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Linux, VMware, or Security+
