Job summary

Rezolut, LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to lead the Systems Administration team in Atlanta. The role combines people leadership with hands-on management of enterprise systems, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms, ensuring secure and scalable infrastructure.

The position requires 7+ years of experience, supervisory skills, and expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, AD/Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive enterprise systems, infrastructure, or cloud administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Systems Administration team with clear ownership and escalation.
• Ensure availability, performance, security, capacity, and reliability of enterprise systems and cloud services.
• Establish technical direction, architecture, standards, configurations, and lifecycle plans for enterprise infrastructure.
• Oversee incident, problem, change, patching, and maintenance activities for enterprise systems.
• Plan and deliver systems projects including acquisitions, migrations, upgrades, cloud adoption, automation, and standardization.
• Maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and other teams to integrate security controls and compliance.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance and escalated incident response.
