Job summary

St. Charles Health System is seeking a strategic leader to oversee infection prevention and caregiver health programs across the continuum of care.

This role provides system-wide direction, aligns infection prevention and caregiver health strategies, and supervises a dedicated team of Infection Prevention staff and a Caregiver Health Supervisor. Qualifications

RN licensure in Oregon; CIC certification preferred.
5+ years related experience with management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains collaborative relationships across the health system to advance infection prevention and caregiver health initiatives.
Oversees recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and professional development of staff.
Manages departmental budgets and ensures responsible resource stewardship.
Leads a high-performing team delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.
Ensures compliance with safety, regulatory, accreditation, and mandatory education requirements.
Leads system-wide infection prevention and caregiver health programs to improve patient safety and outcomes.
