Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops programs and initiatives for the system-wide risk management program, ensuring consistency with organizational policies.
• Reviews operational risks and deploys risk management strategies to mitigate legal and safety gaps.
• Manages incident reporting and aggregate data to identify trends for executive management.
• Assists with investigations and coordinates with legal counsel on claims processes.
• Collaborates with multiple departments to leverage best practices and provide day-to-day technical and clinical leadership.
