• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead academic and school performance transformation across all 22 schools.
• Set expectations for CAO and COS and ensure cross-functional coordination.
• Hold enterprise-level leadership accountable for results and execution.
• Build relationships with external partners and the KIPP network.
• Represent the portfolio to the board and external stakeholders.
