As a key member of the Applications, Consumer Experience, Data, Digital, and Delivery Team, this role will partner with National Clinical, Revenue Cycle, Ancillary Services, CMIO, Physician Enterprise, and Division Leadership to manage the strategy and implementation of Enterprise Application Integration & EHR testing services across CommonSpirit Health.

The leader will define, promote, and govern EAI standards that serve as the foundation for Batch, HL7, FHIR, and API needs across the organization. The role also involves ensuring all interfaces are covered by active contracts for Third Party Applications.

Additionally, they will establish an Enterprise Quality Management Center of Excellence to define best practices, select tools, and oversee testing across programs. Collaboration with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, M&A, and NRES will be essential for standardizing testing tools and practices.

The team will play a pivotal role in testing and deploying One EHR (Epic Gold program), overseeing testing streams, coordinating with involved teams, and ensuring successful Go-Lives. Responsibilities include onsite testing, Technical Dress Rehearsal, and providing “At the Elbow” support during EHR implementations. The team will also develop dashboards for status updates to leadership.
