Job description

System tester will be responsible for designing test scenarios, writing test cases, and running functional and system tests. The role includes performance testing with multiple data conditions. Candidates should have 6-8 years of experience in a System Testing role.

Responsibilities include:

• Compare business requirement documents with actual strategy implementation
• Design and develop API test cases and scenarios
• Execute and automate API tests using industry-standard tools
• Identify, document, and track bugs and performance issues
• Hands-on experience in Python
• Design, document, and execute test cases for PowerCurve logic, rules, scorecards, and data flows
• Conduct functional testing for strategy implementation
• Use test management tools like JIRA
• Perform performance and volume testing
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to resolve defects
• Analyze and report test results with actionable insights
• Improve testing processes and methodologies
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback
• Conduct regression testing for strategy changes and enhancements
• Document defects, test evidence, and sign-off reports

Preferred candidates will have a good understanding of credit card decisioning, consumer lending, or banking domains.
