Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience crafting test requirements, plans, cases and documentation.
• 3+ years leadership experience with direct reports.
• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of networking OSI model and L2/L3 tech (MAC, TCP/IP, UDP).
• Experience debugging Linux-based products.
• U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Office locations: Reston, VA; Carlsbad, CA; Germantown, MD.
• Hybrid work: in-office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Test Plans, Procedures, and customer needs to guide test hardware and automation.
• Lead deployment from hardware/software integration to operations; run tests and debug configurations.
