Job summary

Kaztronix is seeking multiple System Test Engineers to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO at Peterson Space Force Base. This on-site role requires an active Final DoD Secret clearance and Security+ certification, with 100% on-site work and a 9x80A schedule.

You will support operational and integration testing across ASMCS/EAA/TTSE/CSS software and databases. Responsibilities include test planning, execution, data analysis, discrepancy reporting, and verification of Oracle databases.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Security+ certification required.
• Experience with Oracle databases and SQL.
• Education aligned with DoD programs: 7 years with advanced degree or 9 years with bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Plan, test execution, data analysis and discrepancy reporting for operational testing of ASMCS/EAA/TTSE/CSS software and database products.
• Plan, execute and analyze integration tests for regression readiness.
• Analyze software/database deficiencies and propose workarounds.
• Verify Oracle DB contents and perform SQL-related checks.
• Develop in-house tools to process and analyze test data.
• Document test results and ensure they meet requirements for operational users.
• Coordinate with development and integration teams for prioritization, testing, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct system regression tests and track work in Jira.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planning, test execution, data analysis and discrepancy reporting for operational based testing of ASMCS/EAA/TTSE/CSS software and database products to ensure readiness for government testing and fielding.
• Perform planning, test execution, data analysis and discrepancy reporting for integration testing to ensure products are acceptable solutions for formal and fully regression releases.
• Perform analysis of ASMCS/EAA/TTSE/CSS software and database deficiencies and workarounds.
• Perform verification of Oracle database contents related to testing products. Familiarity with SQL required.
• Perform in house-built tools to process and analyze test data.
• Perform deficiency Validation & Verification of ASMCS/EAA/TTSE/CSS developed solutions to ensure requirements are fully satisfied.
• Support prioritization, testing, and delivery scheduling by working with development and integration teams.
• Perform system regression tests.
• Perform tracking and managing work using Jira.
• Perform documentation of tested solutions that are technically satisfactory for operational users along with completing test reports. Familiarity with agile concepts required to support agile program execution.
• Test multiple ground product releases that cover OS/COTS to the application software.
