Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Systems Test Engineer to participate in problem solving, continuous improvement, and uphold quality and clear communication throughout testing. You will liaise with the business community and engage in unit and system testing to maintain the customer perspective while supporting client relationships.

Create and execute test plans, perform performance and regression testing, and document results using JIRA.

Qualifications

The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity for a Systems Test Engineer to actively participate in problem solving, continuous improvement, and demonstrate strong dedication to quality and communication throughout the testing process. You will serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in unit and system testing to maintain the customer 's perspective while maintaining client relationships at peer level.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test guides, test cases, performance and regression testing.
• Document test results and any discrepancies using tools like JIRA.
• Demonstrate strong communicating skills while engaging in frequent client interfacing.
• Additionally, the Analyst should assist team members in completing their work or acquiring skills while contributing to maintaining a collaborative work environment. Typically accountable for results of team efforts by maintaining workflows and quality standards and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
• Familiarity with development activities in unit/system testing and AGILE Process
• Ability to conduct analytical, debugging, problem-solving and root-cause activities
• Time management skills to meet the customer's deliverable dates and ensure business needs are met
• Familiarity with test result evaluation and test result reporting
• Typically has a University Degree or equivalent experience and 3 years of related work experience.

Desired:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Preform analysis and projects to improve overall quality of work products and process
• Ability to maximize efficiency by managing time workload
• Familiarity with Microsoft products such as Excel and Word
• Experience with Gherkin, Cucumber, GitHub, and Automation Testing

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. $72,700 - $149,200
