Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/CE or related field.
• 8 years’ experience with government IT projects as a software developer/engineer.
• 8 years’ experience building and optimizing SQL statements and stored procedures.
• 3 years’ experience supporting Water Quality/Safety Information Systems in government settings.
• Working knowledge of ASP.NET, .NET, C#, HTML and CSS.
• Experience implementing SDWIS, WQX, SWIFT and DW-SFTIES preferred.
• Experience with Apache Tomcat and Java.
• Experience collaborating with EPA and using ticket platforms and Microsoft Office.
