Job Title: MS (MCITP) Microsoft Certified IT Professional Sr. System/Server Infrastructure Administrator
Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day operations of the client 2008/2012 SQL Server and Hypervisor Virtual Server environment. Proven hands-on experience with DNS, DFSR, Active Directory, Group Policy, Clustering, SAN/Commvault for backup. Ensure backup and recoverability of all enterprise SQL server databases. Ensure data security. Define and implement database access control policies and procedures. Advise on physical data model and implement changes. Responsible for capacity planning, working closely with Infrastructure group to allocate appropriate database resources on servers. Contribute to the ongoing development of technology and production processes company-wide. Keep abreast of new design tools, hardware, software, and technology and make recommendations for future deployment.
