About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you will perform safety, reliability, and maintainability analyses on aerospace products. You will contribute to engineering design reviews and ensure safety and reliability objectives are met to deliver top-tier performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement system safety requirements.
• Conduct safety analyses for brake control systems following industry standards (e.g., SAE ARP 4761 and MIL-STD-882E).
• Perform reliability analyses of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical components using methods such as HDBK-217Plus and MIL-HDBK-217F.
• Calculate metrics such as MTBF and MTBUR.
• Present safety, reliability, and maintainability analysis findings in design reviews (PDR and CDR).
• Conduct maintainability analyses and generate MTTR based on MIL-HDBK-470A and MIL-HDBK-472.
• Perform FMECA at component and functional levels.
• Conduct fault detection and isolation analyses.
• Collaborate in system, hardware, and software design reviews.
• Recommend improvements to enhance safety and reliability.
• Follow internal guidelines, configuration management, and change protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Experience:

• 5+ years in Safety & Reliability Engineering
• Aerospace industry experience
• Expertise in ARP 4754, ARP 4761, MIL-HDBK-217F, HDBK-217Plus, and MIL-STD-882E
