Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and repair production machinery, automation systems, and NC equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints and manuals.
• Install, replace, and modify electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components.
• Diagnose and test electrical and electronic circuits using diagnostic tools and meters.
• Repair and maintain communication, computing, monitoring, and control systems.
• Perform mechanical assembly and disassembly of machinery and components.
• Complete soldering, brazing, fabrication, and modification projects.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, lubrication, and overhauls.
• Operate machine tools and testing equipment during maintenance activities.
• Install and troubleshoot electrical power distribution systems.
• Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Assist in training junior maintenance personnel.
• Support plant safety initiatives and perform additional maintenance duties.

Job DescriptionSystem Repair Technician:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and repair production machinery, automation systems, and numerically controlled equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, hydraulic and pneumatic drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Install, replace, and modify electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components.
• Analyze electrical and electronic circuits using diagnostic tools, meters, and testing equipment.
• Repair and maintain communication, computing, monitoring, and control systems.
• Perform mechanical assembly and disassembly of machinery and components.
• Complete soldering, brazing, fabrication, and equipment modification projects.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, lubrication, cleaning, and equipment overhauls.
• Operate machine tools and testing equipment during maintenance and repair activities.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot electrical power distribution systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, schematics, parts lists, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Assist in training and guiding junior maintenance personnel as needed.

• Voltmeters and digital voltmeters
• Oscilloscopes and digital counters
• Flow meters, gauges, and brush recorders
• Thermocouples and harmonic analyzers
• Transducers and galvanometers
• Leak detectors and capacitance leak testers
• Tube and transistor testers
• Optical comparators and interferometers
• Stroboscopes and vibration testing equipment
• Dynamic testing and electronic analyzing instruments
• Sonic, pneumatic, hydraulic, optical, and chemical testing equipment
• Control system testing and calibration equipment
• Mobile personnel lifting equipment

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and control systems using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Experience calibrating, testing, and repairing automated manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, piping drawings, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with power distribution systems, PLCs, control circuits, and industrial automation is highly preferred.
