Job Summary

We need a System Repair and Test Technician with knowledge of PC and system, server operation, and troubleshooting. You will perform final testing of Supermicro and OEM RMA products, ECO, and BIOS upgrades. We seek passionate technicians dedicated to providing excellent testing support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair Supermicro RMA products to meet standards and customer satisfaction
• Test and calibrate Supermicro/OEM RMA products and final assemblies
• Follow drawings, instructions to complete work
• Determine job status and material needs
• Reference procedures, drawings, and specifications for changes
• Locate job materials within the assembly/test area
• Perform ECO upgrades
• Report defective parts to RMA Repair Database
• Provide onsite customer support as needed

Qualifications

• Technical school certificate or college degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a test technician preferred
• Proficient in Windows or Linux software operations
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Skills in electronic circuit analysis and troubleshooting
• Good soldering and de-soldering skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time

This position requires regular in-office attendance during standard hours, participation in team activities, and consideration of commuting distance.

Salary Range

$23.00/hr - $27.75/hr, depending on factors like experience, education, skills, and location. Benefits, bonuses, and equity programs may also be available.
