Lending Payments SRC Team organization, you will be based in an office located in any of the following cities: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Farmers Branch, TX, Denver, CO, Miamisburg, OH, Jacksonville, FL, Phoenix, AZ. This is an in office position.

The SRC (Site Reliability Center) is a 24/7 operation which may include resolving critical systems issues during off hours.

Critical Needed Experience/skills

Application support and production operations for enterprise payment or financial systems preferred. Or other enterprise based critical systems supporting customer activities. Leadership qualities preferred as a technical lead. The Lending Payments SRC Team is responsible for supporting and improving critical payment-processing services and associated security controls. Team members partner with application owners, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, and operational stakeholders to maintain platform stability, remediate risks, manage privileged-account compliance, investigate incidents, and drive service improvements. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, operational discipline, and the ability to work across multiple technology domains in a highly regulated financial-services environment. This team also supports governance activities related to privileged access management, account discovery, compliance remediation, and secure operational practices. Base Salary: $94,875.00 – $158,125.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
