Job summary

Ochsner Health is seeking a Director of System Quality and Performance Improvement to lead a comprehensive program aligning with executive quality strategies. This role collaborates with system leaders to drive KPI analysis, strategic improvements, and robust documentation effectiveness across clinical areas.

The incumbent will oversee workforce development, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional partnerships, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.

Qualifications

Requires 10 years of healthcare leadership experience.
Experience with healthcare quality and data analysis.
Experience with robust process improvement.
Experience with documentation effectiveness tools and ICD-10-CM data for quality methods.

Responsibilities

Develops, manages, and integrates a system quality and performance improvement program.
Manages KPI improvement and monitors progress on strategic plans.
Partners with service line and division quality leaders.
Oversees documentation effectiveness programs with HIM, IS, quality, and physicians.
Develops personnel and workforce.
Participates in long-term strategic planning.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
