Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3 years healthcare project management experience including performance improvement and statistical analysis.
• Proficient with Windows-style applications and MS Office; strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders; strong leadership and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages a comprehensive performance improvement program.
• Supports implementation and monitoring to improve safe administration of care.
• Serves as clinical liaison for quality improvement and patient safety.
• Manages performance improvement projects aligned to organizational goals.
• Gathers and analyzes information for status reports on initiatives.
• Maintains professional competency and performs related duties as required.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations and standards.
