Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or five years related experience, plus apprentice training in system protection.
• Experience with meters, relays, EMS/SCADA systems.
• Ability to read and write routine reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, calibrate metering, relaying, and substation automation equipment.
• Resolve system problems from Operations, Engineering, and Transmission personnel.
• Configure meters/relays and interpret data to resolve transmission or substation issues.
• Perform commission testing and document results for NERC compliance.
