Airgas is seeking a System Program Analyst in Houston, TX with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days remote). You will identify and implement innovative solutions to improve fleet safety and lifecycle costs for AMG programs across tractor, cryogenic trailer, railcar, and maintenance fleets.
Responsibilities include developing fleet dashboards in Power BI, overseeing vehicle maintenance, coordinating procurement, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards.

The System Program Analyst is responsible for identifying, defining, and implementing a consistent and repeatable series of innovative solutions that culminate in long‑term policies and processes that increase both safety and lifecycle/cost associated with fleet assets and maintenance programs. Additionally, the analyst provides administrative support and oversight of Airgas Merchant Gases (AMG) Programs associated with the Tractor, Cryogenic Trailer, Railcar, and Maintenance Programs for a private fleet of 1,950 assets valued at $400M+ replacement value.
