The Opportunity: Are you an expert in Army tactics and operations looking for an opportunity to apply your systems engineering and test expertise to some of the Department of Defense's most complex Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) challenges? As a System of Systems (SoS) Integration and Test Lead, you'll help shape the delivery of integrated capabilities that strengthen interoperability between the United States and its international partners. In this role, you'll support the development and execution of SoS test strategies for advanced C4I capabilities delivered through Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. Working alongside government engineers, acquisition professionals, and industry partners, you'll translate operational requirements into comprehensive test strategies, ensuring capabilities are thoroughly verified, validated, and ready to support mission success. You'll lead the development of strategic test documentation, evaluate vendor-developed test artifacts, and help guide systems through the Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
