• Serve as a liaison with community partners to coordinate services and streamline access.
• Maintain accurate documentation, data entry, and communication with supervisors to support program outcomes and compliance.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required. Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One (1) year experience working with families and providing social services and community resources support in Palm Beach County.
• Valid Florida’s driver’s license is required.
